I have have 6 question categories.
All of the contain a few (test) questions.

I want my quiz to use X number of questions from each categorie:
Cat 1 x questions followed by
cat 2 x questions and so on.


In the question category I have set the Question count to 2 for each category.
I don't use the question pool.

(tried both with or without the question bank.)

It seems that there are shown way more questions then I set the category to if there are more questions in the question bank.

How can I set it so I can decide how many questions/category are asked?

Hello,

Assign questions in a quiz to appropriate question categories. Use "Question count" parameter in question category settings to define how many questions should be selected. After changing settings complete a previous quiz session and start a new one.

If you don't want to use question pool and bank questions then populate quiz directly with questions and assigned them to question categories. If you want to load questions from bank, open in question category settings "Question pool" tab, select a bank category from what you want to load questions and specify how many questions should be selected from this category.

It is starting to work for most categories.
1 category was giving to much questions.

This was due to the fact that I had "normal" questions and also used the question bank....that made 1 "categorie" seemingly to give more questions then I wanted...
