Hello! I've got the following issue: if once you start taking the test without entering name and e-mail boxes, next time these boxes are not shown in the browser (Chrome, Safari) unless you clear all the cache. I suppose, it has something to do with AJAX feature, though I would hate to turn it off. Thanks! It looks this way:
