Hello,
I need to change the 'choice' text is questions, and have seen the post that intructs I can do this by going to Components -> ARI Quiz -> languages Frontend.

However, when I go to languages, it just says, 'no records found'.
Can anyone advise why this may be & how to fix it?

This means that you don't have any any additional translations in your system (did you delete them? ARI Quiz comes with English, German and Russian translations).

To change the 'choice' text please click 'Add' icon to add new language. New language will be created using default language template (English). Then select 'Labels' tab and change the message for 'Choice label'. Give this translation a name and save it. After this please don't forget to make it default (in the list of languages select radio-button in Default column and click 'Default' icon).

After that you will have 'choice' text changed.
