Where can I view the current changelog for ARI quiz versions? The changelog in the online documentation stops at v3.7.0.

I'm in a component made a significant amount of custom modifications, so I can`t upgrade over the installed. Tell me, what files should I take from the installation package to solve the problem with Multiple Dropdown Question (0 in answer)?
