But if I restore custom version, would the quiz worked and be adaptable with php7?

Unfortunately, my specialist didnt back up the custom version of Ari Quiz.
Two years ago you helped me to customize test taking into account my requests and I paid for it.
How much it will cost me to renew custom version with php 7 in order to use "Advanced Single Question" question type? Please help me, for my work its really important.

First of all thank you for taking me your time.
The only thing, how can I delete the word Option A Option B and Option C - just leave capital letters as in the mobile version of the site it is inconvenient to choose answer options (A,B,C)???

See COM_ARIQUIZ_CHOICE label in <joomla_directory>/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_ariquiz.ajax.ini language file.
