You can put image to the answer if you will write appropriate piece of HTML code in answer.

There is no such functionality.

We plan such functionality for one of the future releases.

You can insert smth like in the answer's field:

<img src="img_path" /> where img_path is the path to your image. This is standard HTML image tag, you can find more information about using it over the Internet.
