Unfortunately we don't have enough resources to implement question relations now since we are currently busy in ARI Quiz 2.0 support and other new components.
About score for the answers - it depends. If you need the score for single questions this will take us 3 work units to implement this: ari-soft.com/Custom-Development/Support/Work-Unit/Detailed-product-flyer.html
