I've just downloaded the scroller but am unable to view the images.

I have ariimageslider and basically you just need to enter the path ie: /images/home/ I entered this path in the "content" area. But no pictures.

There is very little documentation on this product. I followed the link posted in someone else's post but it just listed directions for the plugin same as the Component "help".

There needs to be more information on setup. A proper installation guide.

I have a component, module and plugin. I just want a simple slider on my home page, no scrolling text nothing fancy. Please help.

Hello,

"ARI Scroller" can't scroll images from image folder(s). It accepts HTML content and slides it.

That isn't helping me. I've seen the code:

Attributes:
width - Width of scrolling area
height - Height of scrolling area
speed - Speed of scrolling
delay - Delay of scrolling
skin - Skin of scrolling area container. Available values: dotted, bold_dotted, solid
className - CSS class name of scrolling. It's possible to specify any CSS class that will be applied to scrolling area container
direction - Direction of scrolling. Available values: Up, down, left or right
ignoreLeave - Stop scroller when user leaves the browser window or not
alternate - Alternate Scrolling moves the content bounce back and forth. Use alternate scrolling or not
stopOnMouseMove - Stop on mouse move. Stop scroller when the user has his mouse over the scroller and start again when the user moves the mouse off the scroller
fontsize - Size of font for content

Where do I indicate the files I want to use? Where does the above code go? In the content section of the module? I can ask aother 10 questions. Where is the DOCUMENTATION / INSTALLATION guide? A paid product should have this.

My question was: How do I publish files in a slider for the header of a page? What are the steps to accomplish this? I don't want a plugin as it is a header. So I need to use the module which is not intuitive to accomplish this simple task.

What is the point of having a demo site if the demo contents don't have instructions on how to accomplish what is being viewed????

I've spent hours trying to make the scroller work. Poor documentation and support response. I found a FREE scroller (Vargas) which worked out of the box in 2 minutes.

Pleaese refund!

I am confused.

I just bought the Scroller based on this descriptions and demo of the plugin on your site:
ARI Scroller module and mambot(plugin) can scroll dirrefent type of content (text, HTML, images, flash, etc...) in various ways. (see the attached screen shot of your page)

Clearly, the plug in does not do anything but show html content. So, what do I need to buy to get the promised functionality? Seems like the demo and description are wrong and misleading... did you put the wrong description on this plugin?

Applying a credit for this problem would be in order I would suggest. I'll go look for the plugin that will do images in the meantime so I can finish a client site.

Regards
