Change css style of lightbox by class? 13 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
I need the lightbox style to change depending on what is being viewed. For example I need it to look one way when loading blog entries and another way when loading other types of articles.

I thought I'd read somewhere that you could declare classes in the link, is it possible to do this to determine the lightbox style? I tried adding a class="classvar" in the link after the rel="sexylightbox" but it didn't work.

If the lite version doesn't have this does the regular version have that option?

Hello,

If you want to use different theme for different links on one page, currently it is impossible.

Ok thanks, I decided to just use ari sexi lightbox for the blog articles and will use something else for everything else so I could get the styling that I need.

It would be really nice if a person could determine styling by specifying a class somewhere. As it is now I think I now have ari sexy lightbox for the blog articles, the lightbox included with hwdvideoshare, a lightbox the came with the template, and now probably another lightbox for audio lol. I would pay for one single lightbox that I could use in different styles. And I don't really mean calling different themes, I mean having one css style sheet and declaring the stles for the different classes within it.

Do you want the extension to add specific CSS class to content container which is located in the lightbox?

What I need is to be able to specify styling of the lightbox frame depending on either a class added to the lightbox link or by the class of the content it's linking to.

The example here is I have specific border styles and button placement that I need for articles in the journals section, yet need other specific styling for other content. As it is there's no way to tell the lightbox that it's linking to an article in the journals section or to call a specific class to determine the styling which means that the style of the lightbox has to be fixed regardless of what it's viewing.

Do you want to add specific CSS class to <IFRAME> tag or to <BODY> tag for document into <IFRAME>?
