Border on image breaks

When we have a full-screen browser windows on a monitor with 1920x1200 resolution, the border does not encompass the image. It breaks in the upper left corner. If we shrink the windows down a bit (I am guessing below 1280x1024) then it looks fine.

We have tried this with IE7, IE8, IE9 and Firefox 4 with the same results.

Do you know if there is a screen size limitation or other constraints?

Unfortunately, we had to go 'live' last night and I could not do so with this tool. We had to act quickly and replace it with JCE MediaBox.
