Could you explain your needs? You can apply necessary styles for an article when editing article in WYSIWYG editor or you mean something another?

normal by css you define the layout: font-size, color, font-family etc.

If I open the article in the lightbox there is a standard font, size, etc.

Do you have to give in the different details in the editor or is the CSS doing that??

The extension loads an article into iframe and use template component layout for showing article. It depends on your template what CSS files it loads for component layout. You can see it in component.php file in template folder.

If I look in my templates-folder than you see different templates. In the folder from the template I use there is a css and images folder and a index.php, but no component.php?! Normal a article takes the layout of the css from that template??

If a template doesn't provide component layout (component.php file), Joomla! will use <joomla_dir>/templates/system/component.php file. You can contact your template developers and ask why their template doesn't contain component layout or if you have technical knowledge, you can create this file by yourself.
