Check that "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugin is enabled and if you use a WYSIWYG editor, switch it to plain text mode and check that the code is correct because editor can add extra HTML code in design (HTML) mode. If it doesn't help, provide link to page where we can see this issue that we can investigate it in more details. Regards, ARI Soft

Hi Guys once again thank you for the support, I think you are doing a great job looking after your customers. My latest problem seemed to be caused by the wysiwig editor and I notice from the forum this crops up quit a lot. How do you switch to plain text mode, and also do you recommend an editor that I can download? Kind regards and once again thanks.
