Hello.. I've recently purchased this product and cannot seem to figure out how to customize the descriptions of each image to something other than the name of the file.

I've looked through the forums, and seen a few posts with similar problems in getting customized descriptions to work, and have tried using the solutions, but it does not work for me. When I add the code to the article containing the lightbox, it only shows the code as I typed it, not the actual images/lightbox effect.

I've read that you are supposed to put the CSV file inside the folder that contains the images and then it should work fine. I've tried that and it does not change my descriptions.

Also, which plugin system is supposed to be used in order to display the descriptions I've set?

I'd appreciate any help in this matter.

It is enough to place CSV file with descriptions in folder with images. If it doesn't work, could you provide CSV file which you use and link to page where you use the extension by email that we can investigate the problem?
