Thanks for the reply. The site is still not in production, it is on local host. But I tried this thing on several sites it is giving same response I mean stopping after Apache_modrewrite. I will send you the link as soon as it will come to production. If you have any link where it is working after rewrite normally please provide the same or suggest some solution.

It works normal on our demo site. We will investigate the issue when you provide link to page where we can see the problem.
