now, it got ok,
but the another one is that, when i resize it to 70% for the height, it just shows at the top of the page.

How can i vertically center the pop over?

I mean I'd like to make the pop over page to vertically center of the page.

If height is set to 100% or higher, the lightbox is not moved on scroll event. In you case you can remove your style changes, set height to 99% and the lightbox will be moved and centered.
