I haven't found this yet, I want to have a line of text that acts as a link to the lightbox popup, for example:

"click here for digital workflow" is the text that I would like to act as a link to click so that the lightbox pops up on the page instead of using a thumbnail of the image.

Is this possible?

Also, the detailed instructions that are linked to from the plugin, are those the only instructions for this or are there more? I am looking for more detail on how to use this lightbox and all of it's features.

Ok, I've gone through that material but still have some pretty big questions. First of all, where is the link to the image that is to be displayed in the lightbox? I haven't seen where I link this yet..??

I want to have a line, in my article, that reads:

"Click here for the digital workflow."

I want that entire sentence to trigger a lightbox opening up with the digital workflow jpg. So can you please direct me to what the proper code is to insert in the bottom of my article to call that module, and also how that module will know to use the correct image - I don't know how to link them..?

I should add that whenever I use the drop-down menu for "choose type" in the Ari Sexy Lightbox module and click "save", all the fields underneath the drop-down go blank again. Fields like width, height, css class, link text, title, and even module all revert to either blank or the top default of the module list.

Is this right to do it this way?

Second, what I want to appear in the lightbox is a jpg image, dimensions 600x1024, hoping it will allow scrolling within the lightbox.

I would love help on how to set up the module properly and then the code to load the module in the html editor into the bottom of the article page.

If you want to show a single image into the lightbox, use the next plugin code:



Where LINK_TO_IMAGE is a link to an image which you want to show into the lightbox.

If plugin settings are not saved, check that "System - ARI Extensions" plugin is installed and enabled.

I got the text line there like I wanted, I haven't styled it yet but that doesn't concern me right now.

It seems to function properly; however, it seems the image is stuck at something like 300x125px or something like that.

I have set it to be 700x1193px, but it still seems to not be working. Out of curiosity, what should I have the drop-down menu set to for where it says "choose type" for what I'm trying to do here?
