Autoplay youtube video with sexy light box 11 Years, 4 Months ago

Please can someone help, I want the video to pop-up and auto play. It pops up but no autoplay.

I have this script <a href="www.youtube.com/watch?v=njGbtUSOIK8&height=450&width=800& rel=0" rel="sexylightbox">Jim Codington, DVM</a> on our site here The Country Vet

How can I get the video to autoplay when the link is clicked. Click on Dr Jim's name to see. I have tried entering autoplay=1" but it doesn't start.

Any help is appreciated
