Maybe we are talking about different modules, do you mean module which you can see on image in attach? If yes, this is mod_custom module with name 'Cover || Die Sims 2 Wilde Campus-Jahre' and 'System - ARI Sexy Lightbox' plugin is used for adding lightbox effect to image from mod_custom module content. If you want to add more space surround images from this module, add this to content of this mod_custom module. If you want to add more space for all modules in right position on your site, you can add the following CSS rule to your template CSS file:

but keep in mind, it adds additional space for all modules in 'right' position, not only for module with sexy lightbox.
