I am using the lightbox by: <a href="image" rel="sexylightbox[mypics]"><image></a>
Which is working fine on initial load.

However, I have a menu which loads new content (and new images to be shown in the lightbox) via an ajax call.

When the ajaxcall has appended the new content - the lightbox does not fire anymore.

Can I re-initiate the lightbox somehow, after my ajax call? (Im guessing that must be the problem?)

When a new content is added it requires to initialise the lightbox for this content. Call the following javascript code:
