We'll create new plugin which will update links. In your case, you want to show page from CalPro component and this component creates component view links (add tmpl=component variable to links) and that the lightbox will work as you want, it requires to modify link and target. We'll provide plugin within 24 hours.

Ok I have installed the plugin and enabled it, turned on parent window and component view turned on...

Used these links for the two bottom modules..

Modules are using module method with those two links..

And Ive tryed the various targets, new, parent, top.. none seem to work, always opens in its own window..

Did I miss something? Also is it possible to not use sexy in the address line from the plugin?

Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue, it can be problem with JCalPro component because it adds some parameters to links for core Joomla! lightbox.
