For remote video display, is it possible to show a video frame instead of a text link? just like using youtube embedding code? or I have to generate my image for that purpose? Thanks as usual for everything.

I have just purchased ARI sexy lightbox.

I have quicktime movies for my portfolio that I want to display on my site in a lightbox. Currently I am working on my localhost.

I have installed the plugins, modules and the 1.6 extension and enabled everything. Is there documentation or a tutorial on how to use ari sexy lightbox to put movies up. I cannot find anything on the web.

I have used this code to try insert a video on an article
{arisexylightbox activeType="rcontent" width="792" height="294" url="images/video/runningfbx_normal.mov" title="Video"}<img src="images/runthumb.gif" border="0" />{/arisexylightbox}

but all that gets displayed on the page is this link:
<img src="images/runthumb.gif" border="0" />

If I then click on the link it plays the video in a new page in the standard quicktime player.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Also - am I able to show a simple gallery of videos that open up in a lightbox?

Provided code looks correctly. It it doesn't work, this can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension or site template. If you can't provide link to page where we can see the problem, send page file of the page where the problem occurs by email. This process is described here. Documentation can be found in "Description" field on module or plugins settings page:



"Simple gallery" layout type is acceptable for image galleries only.
