Hello,

Your 'ARI Smart Book' is working good!(machizo.com/brac/ebook) But we need your support to fix 3 properties

1. After install your 'PDF convert folder became' the root of default media manger: like
/public_html/brac/images/com_arismartbook/pdf_import

But actual root should be as
/public_html/brac/images

When we upload or insert any image for 'Article or K2 item ' it goes to '/public_html/brac/images/com_arismartbook/pdf_import' or its subfolder

How we can set the root manger as default /public_html/brac/images

2. The page work good way but, when we upload page become half blank
machizo.com/brac/ebook/Publication/5-BRAC-Banding#page/2
We need to should the book as the PDF file or the page should be show in middle
If we set 'Fit' mode, the pages has become destoried!

3. When we upload PDF and convert , the massege should the file has been converted successfully, but we we set the source file location,
it does not get file, I checked via FTP actually there is no converted file!

We are looking your solutions and guide for the above problem.

Hello,

1. We can't reproduce this problem. What Joomla! version you use?

2. Change "Height" of the book in template settings or set "Book settings -> Page image scale" parameter in template settings to "Fill page".

3. Unfortunately we don't know your configuration on "Import data" page so check sub-folders in <joomla_directory>/images/com_arismartbook/pdf_import folder and check "Processing log" and "Output" sections which appear after import on "Import data" page.

I am using Joomla 3.3 version.
I understand to set the hight from template of ARR,
But there is different book with different hight ( like Book , Brochure), should I make different template ?
About 'media root change' it is working strangely. The PDF conversion also sometime work and sometime does not work.

It would be good if I get a 'user manual ' with screen shoot or video tutorial. It would be useful for me and all users as well.

A template should be selected in settings for all books. You can use different templates for different books.

Documentation for the extension is available here.

About PDF conversion, check "Processing log" and "Output" sections which appear after import on "Import data" page and if you have any problem send data from these sections to us so we can investigate the problem.
