"ARI Smart Book" v. 1.8.0 supports one/two pages layout and ca switch between these layouts based on book width.

This is great news!

I have just installed the updated version 1.8.0 and made the following changes...

Templates settings, Book Settings, changed Page Display mode to Auto, I left the setting for Double page min width at 300

Browsing to the site on my iPhone in the vertical position, the book title and the controls (zoom, prev, next etc) show up, but the book page itself is missing, but if I turn my phone sideways, I do get the Two Page spread.

If I shrink the browser window to "phone size" the book page disappears as well.

Am I missing a setting somewhere? My books are all based on images.

Hello,

Try to set "Styles settings -> Show shadow" parameter to "Yes" in template settings.

That worked, now the page appears.

I chose the Keep scale option, but that adds quite a bit of whitespace to either side of the image. Is there a way to make the image itself a bit bigger and not have the extra whitespace?
