I have contacted my web provider, and they communicated two paths: etc/ and etc/ghostscript. Neither of these worked, so they offered another possibility: /etc/ghostscript/8.70. Here's a message from the web provider also:

No luck on the first three options. Any other ideas? Not able to use the product so far. Error is:

It seems Ghostscript is not installed on your hosting or an incorrect path is used. Contact your hosting support and ask installed Ghostscript or not and if it is installed, path to Ghostscript.
