Rather incorrectly configured filters of mod_security module for Apache. Apparently, they are responding incorrectly to the files containing 'cookie' in name.

Hi, now I talked to my provider, and he tells me that this is not a wrong
configuration, it is because of the file rights.

You tell me it is a problem of the provider and he tells me it is a
problem of ari soft, not realy good for me.

Ok, you told me some messages befor that I should rename the file, this didn't
work because this files are somehow protected. Also I can not change the rights
of the file because this is protected. So I think the protection comes from
your side, could you please solve the problem!!!!!

It's strange because all files are copied exactly the same way. And all other files are available, only it is unavailable. ARI Smart Content don't set specific permissions for this file. Can you provide FTP access to your site be email?

We have investigated this issue again. We load 'jquery.cookie.min.js' file to root of your web site and set permission 0777. We do it only for testing purpose, but you can see 406 HTTP error (www.aktionsfinder.at/aktionsfinder/jquery.cookie.min.js) if you try load this file through browser. It occurs because incorrectly configured filters of mod_security module for Apache. As you can see, permissions to file is not with it.

Hi, now my provider switched of the securmod .. and it works. Thank you, there is only one question left, my provider told me that he is not happy with switching ..mod.. off, because now my site is less protected then before, and it would be possible to code some cookie thing like this also with working modsecure???

It seems that your provider can't tune mod_security. We can offer rename jquery.cookie.min.js file in the next version of ARI Smart Content.
