But please understand that that is as only an example and on real application it can require additional configuration, in your case you have CSV file in 'ISO-8859-1' encoding, but Joomla and plugin work with UTF-8 encoding by default so we added inputEncoding="ISO-8859-1" parameter, and by default plugin use , as delimiter in CSV file, but your file has ; delimiter and we added delimiter=";" parameter. As far as your questions is concerned about sorting, ARI CSV Table only show HTML table based on CSV file, but you can add sorting and filter possibilities easy with help DataTables plugin such as ARI JTableSorter, ARI JDataTable and etc.
