I had 8 GB free in /tmp, so that was not the issue.

I added a var_dump($table) call just before line 391. It returned this:
string(13) "#__arisc_file" string(16) "#__arisc_plugins"

I checked the DB and found that there are no jos_arisc_ tables other than the jos_arisc_config which I had manually created based on your prior response.

Should those tables be created with the plug-in is loaded? Could I just manually create the arisc_file and arisc_plugins tables? Are there other arisc tables?

Re-install the extension. Installer creates all necessary tables automatically.

I get that error on line 391 when the extension installs. Something upstream in the process is preventing the tables from being created.

Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email so we can investigate the issue?

I am still trying to shoot this issue.

I can give you admin access, but the website is behind a corp firewall which would mean we would have to do a WebEx session.

If you could send me the scheme for the various ari tables, I could manually build them. Just an export with table create and data load calls would be great.
