OK.. so I purchased ARI Smart Content and I have installed it. I am trying to simply create a pie chart using the example on this page: smart.ari-soft.com/ari-jdata-visualizer.html

I go into module manager and create a new instance of ARI Smart Content and then copy and paste the exact code that is on the above sample page. However, the page does NOT render at all. It just shows the actual module tags and then renders the table. I've even set the default editor to none and it still doesn't work.

I've even tried downloading and installing the ARI JData Visualizer plugin from the plugins page, but even that won't install. It just gives me an error "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file".

This is happening in both joomla 2.5 and 3.0 brand new, clean installs.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

P.S. I'm not sure if this is related, but when I go to components > ARI Smart Content > Plugins all of the tick.png images are missing. This happending on both 2.5 and 3.0.

I followed the instruction but, I made some tries in different server folder... but I always receive this error:

Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?

PS: The plugin is installed fine on our test server under J! 2.5 and 3.0.
