I am a new user and also new to Joomla, so there is probably something simple I am not doing here.


Anyway, my problem is that no table is displaying after trying to create a table from a sample CSV file (I used the sample on the ARI Soft instructions).

I used the following script in a Custom HTML module:

{aricsvtable file="data.csv"} {aricsvtablecolumns} {aricsvtablecolumn id="ID" alias="ID" width="20%" className="idg"} {aricsvtablecolumn id="NAME" alias="UserName" headerClassName="head"} {/aricsvtablecolumns} {aricsvtablecolumnspan row="-1,0,2,4" startIndex="0" endIndex="3"} {/aricsvtable}

The first screenshot shows what my module looks like in the back end.

I'm using a local MAMP install of Joomla 2.5 and have the "data.csv" file located in the htdocs folder (so I don't think any additional path info is needed). I have the full Data Table Pack (screenshot showing the extensions is included).

Any pointers on what I'm missing would be much appreciated. I'm planning great things for a darts league website but getting tables to display is absolutely critical.

Is "htdocs" the same folder as Joomla! root directory? What do you see instead of a table (plugin code, nothing or something another)? Try to use the following code:

{aricsvtable file="data.csv"}{/aricsvtable}
