I have the new Smart Content 2.0 with Data Tables installed. I am able to connect to my CSV data file, and I am able to sort based on Column Name (it took trial and error, documenting how the column is named would be helpful), but the Sort Direction appears to be ignored. Whenever I choose Ascending or Descending, the sorting does not change on the front end.

Also, I am not sure if there is a way to do this, but is there a way to do a 2 column sort? Such as sort by Column A, and then Sort by Column B within the previous sort?

Could you send screenshots of data source settings by email and a link to a page where you use "Data Table" application?

Sorting is disabled in data source settings. See "All columns sortable" parameter and "Sortable" parameter in "Columns settings" parameters section. Currently it is set to "No" so it is not possible to sorting data in the table on frontend. If you want to use multiple sorting (by several columns), hold "Shift" button and click by a column header.

I understand for the front end sorting, but I was trying to use default sorting. I wanted the list sorted in a certain way, and not let the user choose it. With those settings, shouldn't the first column be sorted putting Yes on the top and No below it?

Upgrade the extension (and "Data Table" application to v. 1.0.3). The latest version of the extension is available in "Member Area" on our site.
