TOPIC: Cannot instantiate arijqueryloaderplugin

Cannot instantiate arijqueryloaderplugin 14 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Installed ARI Smart Content "out of the box". Tried using the ARI JNews Slider plugin, got this error:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: arijqueryloaderplugin
I don't think I have this plugin (ARI JQuery Loader Plugin) and I don't see it available on your site. Can you help?

Thanks,
-TW

Hello,

Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue?

Regards,

Thanks - per your email,
"It seems the component was installed incorrectly because the system plugins (ARI JQuery Loader, ARI JQuery UI Loader and other) are absent ... PHP is ran in 'Safe Mode' on your server ... When 'Safe Mode' is used, we recommended to install the component from directory, for this upload the component to your server, unzip it (usually hosting panel like cPanel or other provides this possibilities) and choose 'Install from Directory' on Joomla! installation page."

That worked - thanks again for quick response!
