I would like to show my column data in rows - such as in an address / contact form

Example:
Normally a select query for an contacts table for name, phone, email shows data in a single row, such as
Name Phone Email
Abe Lincoln 1-234-5670 abe.lincoln....

I would like to show this data in individual rows as:
Name: Abe Lincoln
Phone: 1-234-5670
email: abe.lincoln....

I am using ARI Smart Content Data Table. I could alternately use the ARI Data Table if thats easier.

[Solved] Found a way of getting the desired output by setting Revert Data option to Yes.
