Instances of ARI Smart Content - Data Table 8 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi again

( Order No. 17707) I am trying to create a few instances of ARI Smart Content - Data Table module to display some tables. I have created duplicated (renamed them) and also pointing to the respective Id. I think it should work that way but I cant show these tables.

Please help

Kind regards

Hello,

Could you explain in more details what exactly doesn't work? Do you try to show the module into a module position or load it via a plugin? What is shown on frontend (a plugin code, nothing, a blank page or something another)? Could you provide a link to a page where the problem occurs?

Regards,
ARI Soft

I tried to have another instance of the above module by creating a duplicate and changing the name. The system created it with a new Id. I connect the module to a database and wrote a simple mysql code to display the table. I created an article and wrote the plugin code i.e {arimodule id = "104" comment = "student records"}{/arimodule}. I made a menu to show the module and only the code is shown on the front end.

I have another module which I created to show data from JOINING 4 tables and it is successful.

I hope I have explained clearly.

Kind regards

Remove unnecessary spaces between parameter name and value. The plugin code should look like:

Code:

{arimodule id="104" comment="student records"}{/arimodule}

We recommend using "Button - ARI Smart Content Module" plugin (it adds "ARI Smart Module" button to editors) to insert plugin code into a content and avoid problem with plugin code syntax.
