Hi,
Has ARI Smart Content v. 2.3.0 been updated yet?

I have blank pages where datatables should be since the Joomla update to 3.9.0

I tried re-installing 2.3.0 but it hasn't helped.

Thanks for any advice.

Hello,

Could you open "System -> Global Configuration -> Server" page on Joomla! backend and temporary set "Error reporting" parameter to "Development" value and open the page where the problem occurs again? If you see any errors, please send them by email so we can investigate the problem.

It all seems to be working now. Thanks!


However, at first, I had a white page again as I chose not to install everything in the package.

What are the minimum required packages needed in 2.3.1 to make datatables functional?

It requires "DataTables" and "HTML table" add-ons. If a blank page appears, usually it means a PHP error occurs and output errors to a browser is disabled. You can enable it as we described in our previous post and send error(s) so we can investigate the problem and fix it.
