'Custom-theme' is used on this page. You can open HTML page source of this page and see that the following CSS file is loaded:

<joomla_directory>/plugins/content/arismartcontent/system/ari_jquery_ui_loader4cb5ff5655207/js/1.7.2/themes/custom-theme/custom-theme.all.css

If you choose another theme in 'Default jQuery UI 1.7.2 theme' drop-down, you can see that table styles will be changed.

Table content is visible for search engine like standard HTML table. CSV file is processed on server side.

Ok I dont know why, but when i download a theme roller template and upload, rename it it always looks grey. Does the Theme Roller not work properly then?

Well i guess Theme Roller does not work or I dont know how to dl correct. The theme i dl and uploaded to my site looked like that.
