Hi, I know that there are too much data for this field but never the less I want to set up the width of this field.
I have tried to remove {arijdatatable bPaginate="true} and then the width works fine, so that means, that the width do not work when I use arijdatatabel in combination with arisqltable, or is there a workaround?

This really depends on screen resolution and you browse window size. Since data does not fit into the table even if you remove {arijdatatable} tag the first column will not acquire 50% of the table even this percentage is set up.

So the issue is too much data that is tried to be displayed in so limited space.

The possible solutions may be to display less columns or set less then 50% width for first column or have much space in center column of your site.
