i installed the package .. generated the license key .. and no plugsins show up ..

what is the problem?

Could you please provide us with access to your Joomla! back-end so we could login and investigate? Also please tell which concrete problem do you have: plugins are not shown up on the list of plugins?

i generated a license key for my testing site at

www.example.com/subdirectory (not real name - but structure is same)

when i select the plugins tab i get the "Please specify license key before using the component" and the new License box to enter a license key for the domain example.com.

and just below that a license key is listed for www.example.com/subdirectory i.e. the key that i generated.

when this license key is entered in the box above i get an invalid msg.

(note i am using a subdirectory to test - should i have entered only the domain name without the subdirectory name to generate the key?)

Guys, i know you are concerned about your intellectual property rights and so on but there must be an easier way to so this.

According to your message license must be for domain example.com
When you trying generate license for domain with subdirectory system shows warning about it, also product's page in member area contains note about it. Please, go to member are and generate license for appropriate domain without subdirectory.

Hi,

I have loaded the test license to my domain and it comes up saying date it will expire and that it has not expired.
Problem is that I have no access to the plugins, under the Menu item I can set the link to ARI Content but no sub content such as Fancy text box etc. What am I missing here? I have no way of specifying what plugin to use.
