This is page 1 :

Originally I had put the table on page 3, but it did not work, so I tried to put it on page 2, it does not work either. It only work on page 1.

I guess this is due to ddtoc_break plugin breaking the functionality.

By the way : WHY DON'T YOU CODE A REALLY WORKING TOC TOOL IMMEDIATELY ?

Since there is no TOC offering at least this functionality, I have to use ddtoc_break.

Can you help me ASAP ?
