The extension integrates with "ARI Sexy Lightbox" extension automatically. For this install "ARI Sexy Lightbox" module from ARI Sexy Lightbox package and then install, configure and enable "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox" plugin. The updated extension shows YouTube and Vimeo videos into the lightbox. We will investigate possibility to show other links into the lightbox and let you know about results soon.
