Anwer from Facebook:
"Hello, We suggest that you put your app in development mode, that way you would be able to show us in your screencast how you intend to implement the permission sought."

However if app is in "development mode" nothing shows up on my Joomla website, so I don't know what to do to show how I "intend" to to anything.
