Your website states...

"Use any HTML code in questions. Enrich text with images, videos and other media items."

This is the primary reason I purchased this plugin, but I don't see where or how to add html or video. All I see is the ability to upload images. What am I missing?

For example you can use built-in WordPress shortcodes like [audio], [video], [embed] and etc. The full list is available here. It is also possible to use a HTML code snippet which is provided by service like YouTube.

One note, if want to use shortcodes, open "SETTINGS" tab on quiz settings page and check "Support shortcodes in quiz description, questions, answers and results" checkbox.
