Check that version 1.5.4 is installed on your site. After this open quiz settings page, select "Settings" tab and find "Send results by email" checkbox at the bottom of the page:

Ah thank you! I wasn't looking on the separate Quiz Settings, I was looking on the overall Settings. Got it, thank you!

I ran through a quiz to see what the emailed results would look like. I think I must be overlooking something.
1) The email came from wordpress@mysite.com and I don't have that email address set up in my website so I couldn't reply to it or it came back undeliverable
2) The email was all with the html coding so couldn't really read it
I looked around to see if there were some settings to change somewhere but I didn't see any.

1. The plugin uses WordPress API to send mail (wp_mail function) and it uses wordpress@mysite.com as from email by default. We can add new parameters to plugin settings ("E-mail from" and "From name"). Is it suitable for your needs?

2. Could you provide a screenshot and/or re-send a problem mail to our email?

v. 1.5.5 supports ability to set default e-mail/name in plugin settings and sends mails with HTML formatting correctly.
