I am not seeing the option to collect email addresses before giving test results. Please advise.

Open "SETTINGS" tab on quiz edit page, enable "Collect users' data" parameter , enable "Ask user name" and/or "Ask user email" parameters and if you want to integrate the quiz with ActiveCampaign service then enable "ActiveCampaign integration" parameter:

Thank you! That is set, but upon test the contacts aren't updating in Active Campaign. Please advise.

The problem occurs when you try to update existing contacts or create new contacts?

We checked integration with ActiveCampaign on our test server and it works fine. It creates and update contact information. If the problem still appears on your site, we can investigate it if you provide a temporary access to your WordPress backend, specify a quiz which is integrated with ActiveCampaign and grant a temporary FTP access to folder with the plugin (<wordpress_plugins>/ari-stream-quiz) by email.

The new contacts aren't uploading to AC- shouldn't the integration add the people who enter their emails info into AC with the integration?
