Is it possible to add, remove, or change classes? For example, if I'd like to use my own button class (replace .green-button), can I do that, or do I simply need to change the styles via my own theme?

Hello, It is not possible to remove existing classes (only if edit PHP files, but it is not safe way because this changes will be lost after update), but it is possible to define custom CSS rules in "Advanced -> Custom CSS Styles" parameter on "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings" page. Regards, ARI Soft
