Hello,
I am having an issue that has to do with communication between facebook and the ARI Stream Quiz plugin for a personality type quiz. I have configured the sharing tab using the documentation instructions for setting up a facebook app ID, however it is not working properly.
Though Twitter and Pinterest sharing is properly pulling the correct content of Twitter post including predefined variables and result image, Facebook is not pulling the title or content of the Facebook post which were entered in the settings.
Instead of the result image, title, and content, I am seeing the Quiz title, and the Quiz description (from the quiz settings rather than from the sharing settings), and the URL of the home page which is okay (Twitter shows the URL of the quiz itself).
Could it have to do with latest Facebook Graph API version? Is there something else I am missing - perhaps a configuration to the body or head tags of the site?
I have scraped the site using the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool (
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing)and receive the following
warning that should be fixed:
Missing Properties: The following required properties are missing: og:type, fb:app_id
