The URL is correct. After inserting the URL, click the button with 2 arrows to verify the URL and send sample data to Zapier:

OK, now I'm getting this error and I tested it on my own by taking my quiz and entering an email and it's not adding to the MailChimp subscriber list. I have redone the zap SEVEN times and cannot get it to work, much less figure out where to put the custom field. Are there step by step instructions anywhere? I really need to get this up and running and it's so frustrating how long this is taking.
