The instructions specifically say NOT to do that. This is SO frustrating. I don't understand why this process is so complicated!! This is just for the testing step that I'm getting the error. So I clicked "skip test" and finished the Zap (8 times now) and it is not functioning. And that is ONLY to get it to add subscribers, which isn't even what I need it to do. I need it to add subscribers along with a custom field, and there is nowhere in this setup where you can add the custom field. Like I asked before, is there somewhere where I can get step by step instructions instead of having to go back and forth with each little glitch? I just need to know that what I am trying to do is actually possible, like I was told it was. PLEASE HELP!!!

As you can see, there is nowhere in the form where you can add a custom field. Which is the main thing I need to do so that the quiz results show up in MailChimp!

If this problem appears when you configure the zap, just ignore verification step and click "Skip this step" button and finish configuration. After this enable the zap and that's all. All data from lead form in the quiz will be send to Zapier and then to MailChimp.

I've skipped the test multiple times and the zap still isn't working. AND I cannot figure out where to put the custom field in there to get the quiz results to go to MailChimp. I am trying really hard not to get frustrated, but I feel like I keep asking the same question and it's not getting answered, and nothing is working the way it's supposed to. I've been very impressed with this quiz app until now, but I need to get it to put the quiz result into MailChimp and I'm beginning to doubt that's actually possible.

The plugin sends "Quiz Result" field to Zapier and it can be used as value for MailChimp custom field. See the screenshot below:



Check that the Zap is active. You can also use "Task History" in your Zapier dashboard to see information when Zap was executed.

If the problem still appears, we can check your settings if you provide a temporary access to your WordPress backend by email.

I have a COMPLETELY different popup to set up the zap. There is nowhere to add the first or last name. I'm going to email you my WP setup so you can check it. Not sure what the glitch is, but I'm seeing something totally different than the screenshot you sent above.
