According to the screenshots from your previous post, this is the same popup. We just scroll down to MailChimp list fields. It appears when MailChimp list is selected (see the first parameter called "List"). When a list is selected, "Refresh fields" button appears at the bottom of the page which is loaded into popup. Click the button and list fields will be loaded.

OK, I did that and was finally able to get the integration to work, BUT the quiz result STILL is not pulling in. I added it to my custom field called "Style" but nothing is showing up. I've tested it twice. Please help!

OK, I've been playing around with this for the last hour and FINALLY got it to work. What I've found is that when it asks if you want to update an existing subscriber, you HAVE to select "No" instead of "Yes" otherwise this feature will not work. Seems like a glitch, so not sure what that's about, but I'm super relieved that I was able to get it to work at all after almost two weeks of not being able to figure it out. Step by Step instructions would be SUPER helpful, as the process is not intuitive at all!

Sorry for inconvenience. Zapier supports integration with more than 1000+ services and it is not possible to create instructions for each service. We will create a sample video tutorial for integration with a service via Zapier. Hope it helps other customers.
