Hi,
it's possible to show result of the quiz to user and the bulit-in e-mail form below the quiz (at the same time at the end) ?
I'd like collect e-mails for additional explenation for answers not for the showing the score.

p.s. I can also add addtional form below the score, but how can I collect score to my hidden input in the form (in php file or in settings of the quiz) ?

The plugin can show lead form only before showing results to stimulate users to fill the form.

Thx for quick reply, I've last question:
I've added html form to the "custom content" after result - is ok, but I'd like to get value of user score to hidden input, I've try tags {{...}} from share option and e-mail options but it's doesn't work - it's possible to get this value to input ?

It is not possible. Custom content is loaded when quiz is started, but score is available when quiz is completed.
