Hi there

I am wondering:

1. How to change the quiz-user-data form label and input placeholder content?

2. I have also switched on the 'Multi pages' setting, which shows each quiz question on one page nicely. But the quiz-user-data form does not get it's own page. Is it possible to get the form on a new page as well?

Hello,

1. All messages are defined in language files. You can read here how to modify existing translation or create a new one.

2. Will it be suitable if questions will be hidden when the form is shown?

2. Yes, I would like to hide the last question and only have the quiz-user-data form showing on the page.

2. Open "Advanced" tab on "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings" page and populate "Custom CSS styles" parameter with the following code:

.view-quiz-user-data .quiz-page { display: none !important; }
